PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
PARTIES: In these terms and conditions, “you”, “passenger”, or “participant” refers to the person booking, purchasing or traveling, and to individuals traveling as part of that person’s reservation. “We” or “us” refers to Melanin Getaways (MG); a California General Partnership, which acts solely as a travel agency to provide services including but not limited to, forms of transportation, lodging, tours, travel services, or ship carriers (“vendors”). Melanin Getaways enters into these terms and conditions with you pursuant to arrangements made with Melanin Getaways.
CALIFORNIA SELLER OF TRAVEL LAW: We are registered with the California Attorney General, California Seller of Travel Program as Melanin Getaways’, registration number CST 2144270-40. Registration as a seller of travel does not constitute approval by the State of California. California law requires certain sellers of travel to have a trust account or bond; this business has secured a trust account. Passengers purchasing outside of California, acknowledge this transaction is not covered by the Restitution Fund; said transaction (‘at the time of sale’) is covered by the California Travel Consumer Restitution Fund (TCRF) to which we are registered and participating in; if you are located in California said transaction is ‘at the time of payment’. The burden of proof of filed claims is placed on the Claimant, which must be filed within 12 months after the schedule completion date of travel. All claims must include sufficient documentation to prove your claim and will incur a $35 processing fee. Claimants agree to waive their right to other civil remedies against a registered participating seller of travel, for matters arising out of a sale for which you file a TCRF claim. Passenger confirming the reservation with payment of any travel service offered by us constitutes a contractual agreement. Additionally, it represents your acceptance and the passenger/ travel agent acknowledgments that they are aware of and will comply with these Terms and Conditions. As the lead passenger, you accept, and confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and have the authority and consent to accept these Terms & Conditions for yourself and all members of your traveling party.

❖ ENGLISH
All Melanin Getaways Directors/Agents will speak and transact business in English language only. All cruise or land destination commentary and instructions are conducted in English language only. For maximum enjoyment and understanding, you must be able to read, understand, and speak English while traveling with Melanin Getaways.
❖ PRICING POLICY
All cruise or land destination prices are based on rates (reflecting foreign exchange rates) known at the time of publication and expected to be in effect at the time of departure and do not include domestic or international air travel, except where noted on itineraries with intra-air segments. Cruise or land destination prices are per person, based on double occupancy (two people sharing a room). Single room supplements and triple/quad reductions are listed where applicable. Not all accommodation types are available on all vacations.
Prices are correct at time of publication; however, as intra-air continually fluctuate and may have limited capacity, package prices and availability will change accordingly. In case of human or computer error, MG reserves the right to re-invoice for the correct price or service. A full refund less any penalties incurred by the vendor will be issued to passengers who decide not to pay said increase, provided MG receives a written cancellation within five days of the price increase notification. All cancellation requests must be submitted on our website at www.melaningetaways.com/cancellation.

❖ PAYMENTS
Our merchant account is with JP Morgan Chase Bank. Melanin Getaways accepts the following as forms of payment: money order, certified bank check, major credit cards, & debit cards. Electronic bank transfers via Zelle shall be paid to Melanin Getaways via email at travel@melaningetaways.com.
Payments made by money order, or certified bank check must be received by mail and made payable to: Melanin Getaways, 23580 Alessandro Blvd. Unit 7116 Moreno Valley, CA 92553. Please include the primary travelers’ names, the name of the trip, along with your invoice number. These payments must be received no later than the date indicated on your invoice. Please note: if your payments do not meet the minimum amount required to secure your booking with the vendor by the specified due dates your reservation is subject to cancellation.
❖ DEPOSIT(S)
All reservations will require a specified deposit amount, which is clearly noted at the time of booking in order to confirm your reservation. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable immediately at the time of booking (no exceptions).
❖ LATE PAYMENT
In the event that payments are not received on or before the required invoice due dates, a late payment fee of $50.00 per person will be added to your invoice balance after 3 calendar days. Any outstanding balance remaining on your invoice after the final payment due date may lead to cancellation/termination of your trip. Additional late fees imposed by the vendor for the trip to MG will be added to the invoice balance as soon as imposed. Vendor late fees and/or penalties will vary and are subject to change/increase until the final balance of your trip is paid in full or your trip is cancelled. You will need to contact us for each imposed vendor late fee description and cost or an itemized revised invoice.
❖ BOOKING CANCELLATIONS
In the unfortunate event, a participant must cancel travel all requests for cancellations must be submitted on our website at www.melaningetaways.com/cancellation. If you do not receive an acknowledgement within 48 hours from MG, please call 909.754.5903 to ensure your cancellation request has been received.
Please note your initial non-refundable deposit will be retained and the following per person cancellation charges will apply based on the cancellation date: 90 days before departure, $250 (USD); 60 days before departure 100% of cruise/destination trip price are non-refundable.
❖ REFUNDS
All payments received after the non-refundable deposit less any cancellation fees from MG and the vendors will be processed back to the original form of credit card payment used, or through company check if payment cannot be reversed to your credit card. All refunds will be processed within 30 days.
No refund will be made for unused services organized by MG or its contracted vendors, i.e. optional excursions.
❖ CHARGEBACKS (REFUND REQUESTS DIRECTED FROM YOUR BANKING INSTITUTION)
All chargeback notifications received via your bank will be considered an automatic cancellation of your Melanin Getaways booking/reservation. All documentation, including confirmation of receipt of all terms & conditions will be provided to the banking institution upon request.
❖ NOT INCLUDED IN THE CRUISE OR LAND DESTINATION PRICE
The following charges are not included in the cruise or land destination price, unless otherwise noted: airfare to and from the start of your vacation; intra-vacation air, unless specified in the itinerary; airline baggage fees, including checked and/or excess baggage fees; Federal inspection fees for U.S. Immigrations & Customs; International Air Transportation tax; agricultural tax; other per-person taxes imposed by government entities; airport taxes and fees, including the September 11th Security fee, passenger facility charges, Federal domestic flight segment fees, and U.S., international arrival and departure and other government-imposed fees added and applicable at time of booking; passports; visas; vaccinations; tips/gratuities to your cruise or land destination staff, driver, and/or local guides; hospitality staff in hotels; telephone; minibar; alcohol, beverages, and food outside of the contracted MG menu as presented at a hotel or restaurant or on board your vessel (these extra items will be billed to you before leaving the hotel, ship, or restaurant); airport transfers on non-qualifying flights; optional excursions; porterage at airports and train stations; Travel Protection; and all other items of a personal nature.
❖ TRAVEL PROTECTION
Should you elect to purchase travel protection yourself independent of MG for all trips traveling domestic or international; we highly recommend Travel Protection that helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss or Delay, Medical Expenses and more.
❖ TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Passenger Travel Documents, where applicable, are available approximately one month prior to departure, provided full invoice payment, emergency contact details and passport/government issued ID information (when required) has been received.
❖ IDENTIFICATION
You are required to make reservations in the full name that is listed on your passport/government document ID used for travel. If you need to make any changes to your name after reservation confirmation has been issued, you will be responsible for all name change fees imposed by the vendor, if applicable.
You are responsible for verifying everything on your invoice is accurate and complete, including dates of travel, options selected, and that each traveler name matches the relevant passport or government issued ID used for travel. Melanin Getaways will not accept responsibility for inaccuracies. We advise you to review your invoice and passenger profile and notify MG of inaccuracies within one (1) day of sending out the invoice. Changes to correct inaccuracies are subject to the fees and penalties charged by the vendor. In the case of billing errors, Melanin Getaways reserves the right to re-invoice you with correct pricing.
❖ EMERGENCY CONTACT DETAILS
All passengers must provide emergency contact details prior to travel. This includes a “Local” contact so that Melanin Getaways can get in touch with your designated contact in the case of an emergency as well as an “On Cruise or Land Destination” contact, i.e. mobile phone number or email address, for use by an MG Director during cruise or land destination.
❖ VISAS & PASSPORTS
It is your responsibility to verify all visa, passport, and traveling ID requirements necessary for your trip. You are responsible for obtaining independently and paying for all visas and entry documents, for meeting all health and other requirements, and for any documents required by the laws, regulations, orders, and/or requirements of the countries you will visit. MG cannot accept liability for any passenger refused entry onto any transport or into any country due to failure of the passenger to carry correct documentation or adhere to specific entry and exit requirements. All visa information listed on the website, in your travel documents, or on the vendors website is for U.S. citizens only. Non-U.S. citizens must consult with appropriate consulates to determine if any visas or other documents are needed.
You must have a passport to travel internationally and it is recommended for all domestic travel. Most countries require that the passport be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the conclusion of your trip. It is recommended you have a minimum of three blank pages in your passport when traveling. Multiple-entry visas are required for some vacations. The process of obtaining a visa and/or passport can take up to three (3) months or more. Please visit https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports.html for more information.
❖ MEDICAL & HEALTH
MG does not employ medical personnel. Any medical attention you require while traveling with MG must be sought through a local medical facility, if/when available, for diagnosis and treatment that may be required. All related charges are at your expense. MG cannot guarantee the availability of medical facilities or for the quality of the care or services.
Vendors reserves the right to remove or quarantine any passenger who shows signs of illness, or who poses a threat to the safety and health of other passengers. Removal or quarantine of passengers for any health, safety, or behavior-related assessment is at the sole discretion of the vendor. Any costs incurred for medical assessments, diagnosis and/or any other medically related charges are your responsibility to pay and are due at time of services. Passengers will be allowed to rejoin MG group with confirmed medical certification from a licensed health practitioner indicating fit to travel without causing harm or posing a safety threat to other passengers.
❖ AIR ARRANGEMENTS
MG is not an authorized seller of air and all trips requiring flights must be confirmed independently; you waive all liability for MG for such air services. No refunds will be provided by MG for portions of trips missed due to canceled, rescheduled, or delayed flights, nor is MG responsible for any additional expenses you may incur prior to joining your trip if you miss your departure flight or flight connection.
All air carriers are independent operators and are not owned, managed, or operated by MG. Your airline ticket is a contract between you and the air carrier only. MG is not responsible if an airline cancels, reschedules, or delays a flight for any reason. Airline fees often apply for modifications to air schedules not related to airline-imposed flight cancellations, reschedules, or delays. These fees will be payable to the airline directly at time of request.
❖ BAGGAGE LIABILITY
MG accepts no responsibility for loss of or damage to baggage or any of the traveler’s belongings throughout the duration of cruise or land destination. Travelers are strongly encouraged to not bring valuables such as jewelry and large amounts of cash. Any such valuables should not be left in baggage out of the control of the traveler. Baggage insurance is highly recommended.
❖ YOUNG TRAVELER RESTRICTIONS
Young travelers under the age of 18 are not recommended for MG trips (unless noted for any special Family themed trips) as we cater to an adult focused itinerary and include activities that only 21 and up travelers can participate in.
Travelers who are under 18 years old on the departure date must be accompanied by an adult throughout the cruise/land destination and are requested to share an adult’s accommodation. Reservations and overnight stay(s) in Las Vegas, at least one member of the traveling party must be 21 years of age or older.
❖ TRAVELING WITH CHILDREN
If you are traveling with children, you are solely responsible for their behavior and monitoring them throughout the cruise or land destination. Due to heightened security, many countries have adopted practices to prevent international abductions of children. If a child will be traveling with adults other than the parents or with only one parent, it is recommended that a notarized letter be written by the parents or non-traveling parent granting authorization to travel, including the dates of travel. We suggest that you also contact the appropriate consulate and airlines because they may have additional requirements or recommendations.
❖ HOLIDAYS & SPECIAL EVENTS
During local or national holidays or special events, peak seasons, on Sundays, and during religious occasions, certain facilities such as museums, churches, restaurants, sightseeing cruise or land destinations, hotels, and shopping may be limited or not available. MG cannot be held responsible for any closures, necessary itinerary changes, or restrictions for any reason.
❖ PHOTOGRAPHIC RELEASE
Melanin Getaways will take photographs or video of our trips and the passengers who voluntarily travel with our group. You grant MG permission to do so and for MG to use said photographs or videos for promotional or commercial use without payment of any kind including compensation to you the passenger.
❖ PHOTOGRAPHS & PICTURES
Photographs or pictures appearing in the cruise or land destination flyer should be used solely as an indication of facilities and attractions. Actual facilities and attractions may vary according to itinerary.
❖ AUTHORITY TO REMOVE OR DISMISS PASSENGERS
To ensure the desired group synergy & harmony, MG reserves the right to accept, reject or expel any individual who is deemed disruptive or incompatible with the interests of the group, including, but not limited to, passengers who are intoxicated and/or under the influence of drugs leading to a negative experience for the remainder of the group. Expenses, including cancellation fees and/or costs for alternate travel plans or to return home, will be absorb by the passenger. All unused services are non-refundable.
In the sole discretion of MG, MG may refuse transport to any passenger or may require any passenger to leave the cruise or land destination if it is reasonably believed that the passenger (1) is dangerous to others or to himself/herself; (2) has engaged in, is engaged in, or is threatening to engage in, behavior that may adversely affect the safety, security, comfort, enjoyment, or well-being of other passengers or MG representatives, including, but not limited to, behavior that is disruptive, verbally abusive, physically abusive, obnoxious, harassing, discriminatory, or obscene; (3) has failed or refused, or refusing, to follow MGs rules and procedures or the instructions of vendors or its representatives. In the event a passenger is removed, such passengers may be left at any city without any liability to MG or its representatives. MG shall not be required to refund any portion of the price paid by any passenger who is removed under the terms of this paragraph, nor shall MG be responsible for expenses, for lodging, medical care, meals, transportation, or any other expenses incurred by the passenger. MG shall be entitled to recover from the passenger any costs or expenses incurred by MG or its representatives in the removal of the passenger or the exercise or enforcement of this clause.
❖ SAFETY
Be aware that during your participation on cruise or land destination organized/ arranged by MG, certain risks and dangers may arise beyond our control, including, but not limited to: the hazards of traveling in undeveloped areas; travel by boat, train, automobile, aircraft, or other means of transportation; forces of nature; political unrest; acts of lawlessness or terrorism; and accident or illness in remote regions without means of rapid evacuation or medical facilities. MG will not have liability regarding provision of medical care or the adequacy of any care that may be rendered. While MG will use its best efforts to ensure that adequate measures are taken, by agreeing to participate in a cruise or land destination and/or optional excursions you agree that you will hold MG harmless regarding any provision of medical care or the adequacy of any care rendered. MG is not responsible for such risks and dangers that may arise beyond our control. Payment of your deposit indicates you accept these risks and dangers and agree to hold MG harmless for such. No weapons of any type are permitted on MG cruise or land destinations at any time.
❖ SMOKING & ILLEGAL DRUGS
Many cruise ships, transportation companies, hotels, restaurants, and other venues are smoke-free or have non-smoking regulations in public spaces. Smoking may be restricted to certain areas or not allowed. You are responsible to abide by all third-party smoking policies.
Hotels may impose a 100% non-smoking policy. If you require a smoking room, a request may be submitted, but we cannot guarantee availability. If you smoke in your room at a non-smoking property, you may be subject to fines as outlined in the hotel policy, and will need to pay the fines to the hotel directly.
You are responsible for knowing and observing the licensing laws for drug possession for all countries and states you are visiting. Repatriation is at your expense.
❖ TRANSPORTATION
Many local laws require the use of seat belts while traveling. When seat belts are provided, you are responsible for wearing your seatbelt. MG is not liable, nor are our service providers, for any injury, loss, damages, claims, or death resulting from any accident or incident if you were not wearing your seatbelt at the time of the accident or incident when the appropriate mode of transportation is equipped with them.
❖ TRANSFERS
Unless otherwise specified on your invoice, transfers arranged by MG are provided by independent transportation companies. Group transfers operated by motor coach and may have pre-set departures times. MG is not responsible for flight delays, delays in immigration or customs, delays due to lost baggage or for any reason beyond our control if you miss your transfer. Missed transfers are non-refundable.
❖ DIETARY REQUEST AND ALLERGIES
Dietary request(s) and meal preference(s) including allergies that require special accommodation must be provided to MG no less than 60 days before departure. Generally, special dietary or meal requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability at the hotel or venue. There is no guarantee of availability, however there may be an additional charge associated with such a request(s) which is payable by you at time of service.
❖ TRAVELERS WHO REQUIRE SPECIAL ASSISTANCE
In order to fully enjoy your MG cruise or land destination, we recommend that you select a trip that is suitable to your physical capabilities. MG does not provide personal services (such as pushing a wheelchair, assisting with walking, etc.) and MG does not provide individual assistance to a cruise or land destination passenger for walking, dining, getting on and off coaches, and other vehicles, or other personal needs.
Passengers requiring any form of assistance, including travelers with physical disabilities, sight or hearing impairments, must be accompanied by a qualified and physically able companion individual responsible for providing those services. Tour managers, guides, drivers or other tour, hotel, ship personnel may not able to provide such assistance. In order to participate in escorted tours, passengers must be able to understand and follow instructions given by the Tour Director at all times, both for the successful operation of the tour as well as for their personal safety.
Pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act (the ADA) MG seeks to accommodate disabled travelers to the extent possible and consistent with the specific tour itinerary. Nevertheless, you may find that certain tour features may not be accessible to the extent that you require a wheelchair, scooter, or other special equipment to participate. Hotels, sea and river cruises outside of the United States are not required to comply with ADA requirements and therefore may not have ramps, wide entryways or elevators to accommodate disabled passengers or devices such as wheelchairs, walkers and motorized scooters. Due to physical constraints and space limitations, wheelchairs, walkers and motorized scooters may not be taken aboard motor coaches and river cruises. Service Animals: Service animals cannot be accommodated on international escorted tours.
❖ HOTELS ACCOMMODATIONS
The hotels listed on the website or in the flyer are intended to be used on all departures; however, hotels are not guaranteed. MG reserves the right to substitute other hotels than those listed on the itinerary pages. If a change becomes necessary for any reason, including alternate hotels for additional departures on the same date, or hotel location changes within or outside itinerary cities, the hotel substituted will be of equivalent quality to those shown. No refunds are provided for hotel changes; full cancellation penalties, as noted above, apply. Hotel rewards/points cannot be earned or redeemed with hotels used by MG.
Check-in times vary worldwide; MG cannot control or guarantee check-in times. Air-conditioning in hotels is not guaranteed and dependent upon local/national laws and regulations. Other restrictions may apply.
❖ CRUISE OR LAND DESTINATION CANCELLATIONS
MG reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any cruise or land destination departure for any reason, including insufficient demand or force majeure. If a cruise or land destination is canceled prior to departure by the vendor, MGs only responsibility will be to refund the amount received for the reservation. MG will try to rebook the same cruise or land destination with a different departure date, or a similar cruise or land destination, but there is no guarantee of availability or price protection. MG cannot assume responsibility for any additional costs or any fees relating to the issuance and/or cancellation of air tickets or other travel arrangements not made through MG.
❖ DATA PROTECTION
Some government agencies in foreign countries require MG to collect and pass on in advance of travel certain personal and other details related to you, including, but not limited to, government-issued identification and passport details. If you fail to supply the details fully and accurately, as requested, your trip may be canceled. There are no refunds for failure to provide documentation by the time required.
We will use your secured personal data secured during your booking or during online check-in to process your booking with our suppliers. These details include your full name, address, date of birth, passport number / government issued ID information, and expiration date, occupation, credit/debit card information and any disability, medical conditions, or dietary restrictions disclosed to MG for you and all in your traveling party.
It may be necessary to transfer these details to other countries or authorities whose data protection and privacy laws are less stringent than those of the United States of America. This may include requirements to pass details to our suppliers as well as certain governments or government-appointed bodies, or agencies in the interest of security or because we are obliged to by law. By making a booking with MG, you agree to MG storing, using, and passing on this data to other third parties for reasons as stated above and hold MG not liable for the usage and protection of that data.
❖ FORCE MAJEURE
MG assumes no liability for any loss, damage, or entry of any nature in whole or in part resulting from an Act of God or any other force majeure condition, including, without limitation: fire, volcanic eruption, environmental pollution or contamination, inclement weather, earthquake, low or high water levels, flood, water or power shortages or failures, tropical storms or hurricanes, riots or civil commissions or disturbances, and any other acts of a similar nature, sabotage, arrests, strikes or labor disruptions, restraint of rulers or peoples, expropriations, acts of terrorism, war, insurrection, viral pandemic, quarantine restrictions, shelter-in-place orders, government shutdowns, substantial interruption to air travel, substantial interruptions in supply chains, and other economic ripples caused by the response to an epidemic or pandemic, health advisories, warnings or alerts of any kind of nature, government seizures, refusal or cancellation or suspension or delay of any government authority or any license, permit or authorization, damages to its facilities or the travel supplier and its facilities, or any other unforeseen circumstances or any other factors unforeseen by MG that impacts negatively on, or hampers, its ability to fulfill any of its contractual conditions. In the event that any of these conditions apply, Melanin Getaways is released of liability of any kind.
❖ BINDING ARBITRATION
I agree that any dispute concerning, relating or referring to these Terms and Conditions, marketing tools or any other literature concerning my trip, or the trip itself, shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. §§1-16; , either according to the then existing Commercial Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or, pursuant to the Comprehensive Arbitration Rules & Procedures of the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services, Inc. (JAMS). Such proceedings will be governed by substantive (but not procedural) California law and will take place within Riverside County, CA. The arbitrator and not any federal, state, or local court or agency shall have exclusive authority to resolve any dispute relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, conscionability, or formation of this contractual agreement, including but not limited to any claim that all or any part of this contract agreement is void or voidable. Arbitration against MG or the cruise or land destination passenger shall be invoked in writing under the laws of the State of California within a period of 12 months following the date of completion of the cruise or land destination and not later. Neither of the parties nor any affiliate of MG shall in any case be liable for other than compensatory damages, and they hereby waive any right to claim punitive damages. The prevailing party shall be entitled to an award of costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees. Any action to enforce the arbitrator’s decision shall be brought only and exclusively in the state or federal courts in the State of California. Please understand that by agreeing to these terms and conditions, you (and we) are waiving our right to a trial by jury.
❖ RELEASE FROM LIABILITY
MG, its shareholders, directors, officers, employees and affiliates, (collectively "MG") does not own or operate any entity which is to or does provide goods or services for your trip including, for example, ownership or control over hotels or other lodging facilities, airline, vessel, bus, van or other transportation companies, local ground operators, providers or organizers of optional excursions or equipment used thereon, food service or entertainment providers, etc. All such persons and entities are independent contractors. As a result, MG is not liable for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any such person or entity, or of any other third party. Without limitation, MG is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property, death, delay or inconvenience in connection with the provision of any goods or services occasioned by or resulting from, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of government, force majeure, acts of war or civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, strikes or other labor activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, or the threat thereof, overbooking or downgrading of accommodations, structural or other defective conditions in hotels or other lodging facilities, mechanical or other failure of airplanes or other means of transportation or for any failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart timely or safely, dangers associated with or bites from animals, pests or insects, marine life or vegetation of any sort, dangers incident to recreational activities such as swimming, kayaking, sailing, canoeing, rafting, hiking, walking, bicycling, etc., sanitation problems, food poisoning, lack of access to or quality of medical care, difficulty in evacuation in case of a medical or other emergency, illness, epidemics or the threat thereof or for any other cause beyond the direct control of MG.
In addition, I release MG from its own negligence and assume all risk thereof. ASSUMPTION OF RISK: I am aware that travel involves hazardous activities, with a risk of illness, injury or death which may be caused by forces of nature, animals, insects or flora, the negligence of MG, or other persons and companies known or unknown, or of willful or criminal conduct of third parties. I am aware that weather conditions may be severe, adverse and/or unpleasant. I am also aware that medical services or facilities may not be readily available or accessible during some or all of the time during which I am participating on the trip. In order to partake of the enjoyment and excitement of this trip I am willing to accept the risks and uncertainty involved as being an integral part of my adventure. I hereby accept and assume full responsibility for any and all risks of illness, injury or death and of the negligence of MG and agree to hold harmless and release MG from claims of third-party negligence. I understand the physical requirements of the activity in which I will be participating, and I currently have no known physical, medical or mental condition, which would impair my ability to participate in this trip or my safety in this activity, and I am willing to assume all risks that may be created, directly or indirectly, by any such condition. I hereby authorize MG or others to arrange for any emergency medical treatment and hospitalization as may be necessary for me because of participation in this activity without my further consent.

I have carefully read these Terms and Conditions and the booking information sections of this document, and fully understand its contents. I am aware that this is a release of liability and a contract agreement between MG and myself and agree of my own free will. I agree to these Terms & Conditions and MG Release from Liability, Assumption of Risk and Binding Arbitration Clause for myself, each member of my traveling party and any minor children accompanying me.
